Howards Storage World is an international brand which aims to provide an unrivalled range of quality storage and organisational products with great customer service. Many products carry manufacturers 5 and 10 year guarantees and we will be delighted to honour these guarantees in the event that you are not entirely happy with your purchase. HSW UK Limited holds the UK Master Franchise for Howards Storage World.
Delivery
We offer delivery to all parts of mainland UK. Stock permitting, most orders can be delivered within 4-5 working days, however please allow 28 days for delivery as we occasionally run out of some of our products.
If you do live outside the UK, you can still place an order for delivery within the UK.
Within mainland United Kingdom our standard mainland delivery charge is £6.95 - special handling charges can apply to bulky or weighty purchases or destinations surcharged by our couriers. If you need the item asap please please call us on 01506 530366. Our couriers will require a signature and products cant be delivered to PO boxes.
Our experienced UK wide couriers are responsible for the delivery of our products to you in perfect condition. However, damages can occur during transit. Therefore, when receiving deliveries please check for any damages before signing the receipt. If there is visible damage please sign and write "packaging damaged" with your signature. Time permitting please open the parcel and check the contents.
To Exchange or Return an Item?
We are very happy to refund or exchange items you are not entirely happy with and we will gladly pay postage on any damaged items. However, in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with a purchased item and wish to exchange it, you will be responsible for return postage.
In these cases all items must be returned within 10 days of purchase with the original packaging intact and in a resaleable condition. Please return your goods to us yourself or call Howards Storage World UK Ltd on 01506 530366 and we will arrange collection.

If you have issues relating to the size of our products please telephone on 01506 530366 for additional product details as Howards Storage World UK cannot be held responsible for size issues after products have been dispatched.
